Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of order confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Cities/Towns: 5-8 business days
- Remote/Rural areas: 7-10 business days

Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹899. Orders below ₹899 and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will incur applicable shipping charges, shown at checkout.

Failed Delivery / Returns During Transit
If a product is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges if a re-attempt is requested.
