Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photos).
  • The order was successfully cancelled before dispatch.

Non-Refundable Items
Incense Sticks, Incense Cones, Dhoop Sticks, Room Spray, and Havan Cups are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, unless damaged/defective on arrival.

Refund Process & Timeline
Once a return/cancellation is approved, the refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Netbanking) within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI; customers will need to share their bank details for this purpose.

No Refund Cases

  • Change of mind after the product has been used/opened.
  • Delay caused by courier/logistics beyond our control.
  • Non-returnable items as listed above, unless damaged/defective.
